Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026. This policy applies to NEXLOREX LTD (Company No. 17530808) and the website nexlorex.com.

01Initial term

Engagements begin with a minimum three-month term, then continue on a rolling monthly basis.

02Cancellation

Either party may cancel after the initial term with 30 days’ written notice to nexlorexltd@proton.me. Fees are payable up to the end of the notice period.

03Refunds

Management fees cover work already scheduled and performed, so they are generally non-refundable. If we fail to deliver agreed services, we will offer a pro-rata refund or credit.

04Ad spend

Advertising spend is paid directly to platforms and is not refundable by NEXLOREX. Any platform credits are handled under that platform’s terms.

05PayPal & card payments

Refunds, where due, are issued via the original payment method (PayPal or card) or by GBP bank transfer. Payment processor fees are not refundable.

06Disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve any concern quickly and fairly.
