01Agreement
By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. Specific engagements are also governed by a written proposal or statement of work.
02Services
We provide paid social advertising strategy, management, optimisation and reporting. We do not guarantee specific results, as performance depends on factors outside our control including platform algorithms.
03Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and access to ad accounts, and to ensure your products and claims comply with law and platform policies.
04Fees and payment
Management fees are invoiced as agreed and payable within 14 days. Advertising spend is paid directly to platforms by you. Late payments may incur statutory interest.
05Intellectual property
You own your ad accounts, data and supplied materials. Creative we produce transfers to you on full payment.
06Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before a claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
